*1132Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [4]). He was sentenced, as a second felony offender, to a determinate term of incarceration of 24 years to be followed by a five-year period of postrelease supervision.
