Following a jury trial, Tamara Nicole Weaver was convicted of two counts of second degree cruelty to children, three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of first degree cruelty to children, and three counts of aggravated battery. The trial court imposed a 60-year prison sentence with the first 30 years to be served in prison.1 Weaver appeals from the denial of her motion for new trial.
