DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted under an indictment charging him as an accomplice to Tom Jenkins, alleged to be the principal, in the burglary of a house owned by Edwards. There are several questions of more or less interest suggested for revision; but under the view we take of the record it is not necessary to review them. It is sufficient for a disposition of this case to notice the assignment suggesting the insufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction.
