The apparent connivery in the alarm monitoring business is remarkable and is said by these debtors, which sell, lease and monitor residential and commercial alarm systems, to truly plague their operations. The debtors, Alert Holdings, Inc., The Alert Centre, Inc., Alert Income Partners III, Ltd., and Alert Income Partners IV, Ltd.
