OPINION

GODDARD, Judge.. This interlocutory appeal questions the propriety of the Trial Court’s overruling motions for severance filed by the Defendants McRae and Davis.

The complaint alleges the following relative to the facts giving rise to the Plaintiff’s causes of action:
