Proceeding under article 78 of the CPDR to review a determination of the Board of Regents which revoked petitioner’s license to practice pharmacy. Petitioner was charged pursuant to the pertinent statute (Education Law, § 6804, subd. 1, par. i) with willful and repeated violations of the Education Law relating to pharmacy.
