Wagner, J. —

The plaintiff brings this action to recover damages for personal injury alleged to have been caused to her as a passenger upon a bus of the defendant company’s, by reason of the negligence of the driver of said vehicle. Upon a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, judgmént was rendered against the defendant for the sum of $10,000 and costs. The defendant appeals from the judgment, and from the order of the court overruling its motion for a new trial.
