Upon leave granted, Samuel J. Andalman, the relator, filed an original petition in the name of the People of the State, praying for a writ of mandamus commanding Philip J. Finnegan, one of the judges of the circuit court of Cook county, to expunge a certain order entered by Daniel P. Trude, another judge of the same court, in a suit for divorce brought by Jeannette R. Feingold against Maurice R. Feingold.
