Plaintiff Todd Greenwald brings this case under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Greenwald asserts three claims for relief. His first claim is for benefits under the Wells Fargo Short-Term Disability Plan (the “STD Plan” or “the Plan”).
