MAUGHAN, Justice:

Plaintiffs brought this action seeking recovery under a contract of employment. The trial was to the court. Judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs. Defendant appeals, prays reversal and remand; with directions to grant the relief prayed in its counterclaim.

We affirm the trial court. Costs to plaintiffs.

Plaintiffs were employed by defendant, to engage “aggressively in student recruitment.” Defendant operated two business colleges, one in Salt Lake City, and one in Ogden, Utah. The terms of employment were set forth in a written contract, drawn by defendant. Those…
