HAZEL, District Judge.

The injunctive relief of this court is invoked by the complainant on the ground of diverse citizenship, and on the further ground that, by the wrongful and fraudulent action and threatened continuance of the wrongful and fraudulent sale of special coach excursion tickets, account Pan-American Exposition, by the defendants, the complainant is damaged far in excess of the sum of $2,000. The complainant is a citizen of Pennsylvania. The bill alleges that the complainant believes the defendants are citizens of New York. A restraining order was heretofore allowed on the bill…
