OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

This is a wrongful death case. Appel-lees, plaintiffs below, recovered over one million dollars in damages. Because the trial court abused its discretion is permit*787ting an undisclosed liability witness to testify, we must reverse and remand this case for a new trial.

The two decedents were residents of Corpus Christi who decided to take a trip to Mexico City. In October of 1979, they purchased round-trip bus tickets at the Trailways bus station in Corpus Christi and left in a Trailways bus to Brownsville.
