When one marries the same person twice, it is unlikely that the parties will love each other more than they love themselves. This case proves that history repeats itself.
Defendant Esperanza Ferretjans Scior-tino appeals the trial court’s denial of her claim for permanent alimony, alleging that the trial court improperly found that she was at fault in the dissolution of the marriage.
