The instant trademark case is brought by Plaintiffs Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Cars Limited, and Aston Martin Lagonda Limited against Defendant Lloyd Design Corp., a manufacturer of automobile floor mats. It is undisputed that Defendant markets and sells mats bearing some of Plaintiffs’ registered trademarks.
