*826In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment entered January 8, 2001, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (McNulty, J.), dated June 26, 2006, as denied, without a hearing, that branch of his motion which was to hold the plaintiff in contempt based upon her alleged interference with his visitation with the parties’ children.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
