Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the *564respondent New York State Liquor Authority, dated August 20, 1982, which, after a hearing, found petitioner guilty of certain misconduct and suspended its grocery beer license for 40 days. Determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, without costs or disbursements. The State Liquor Authority’s determination that the petitioner sold beer to two minors on March 27, 1981 is supported by substantial evidence (see 300 Gramatan Ave. Assoc, v State Div. of Human Rights, 45 NY2d 176).
