The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, was convicted on a charge of possession of intoxicating liquor, and sentenced to serve a term of imprisonment in the county jail of Seminole county for 30 days, and to pay a fine of $50. Motion for new trial was filed, considered, and overruled, and defendant has appealed to this court.
