JOHN R. BROWN, Circuit Judge:

On May 13, 1964, Molignaro pleaded guilty to the offense of molesting a minor and was sentenced by the Georgia Court to 15 years imprisonment. Subsequently Molignaro filed in the State Courts an application for a writ of habeas corpus alleging that his constitutional right to assistance of counsel had been violated. The writ was denied, and the Supreme Court of Georgia affirmed. Molignaro v. Balkcom, 1965, 221 Ga. 150, 143 S.E.2d 748.
