OPINION AND ORDER

The Applicant, Sara Paniagua de Aponte, received her legal basic education in the Dominican Republic. She then completed a Master of Laws, or LL.M., degree at Georgetown University Law Center. She has recently been admitted to practice law in the state of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
