The entity using the name Video systems Design & Sales, Inc. (whatever is its legal composition) filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 on or about April 8, 1991. This was accomplished without the benefit of the services of an attorney. This was, in part, because the entity had used one Theodore Barnes as its counsel and he did not feel that he should be its counsel in bankruptcy.
