Affirming.

Southgate is, a city -of the sixth Mass located in Campbell county. It was laid out and its streets dedicated and built as early as 1895. Before that time the South Covington & CinMnnati Street Railway Company had constructed a line through the territory which now constitutes Southgate and was operating electric cars thereon. In acquiring its right-of-way it took a deed for a fee to a strip of land 75 feet wide. Some of the streets of the town of Southgate intersect and cross the electric car tracks.
