MEMORANDUM OPINION
Asserting an interest in a military retirement pension paid each month to her former husband, the plaintiff seeks its partition pur*117suant to the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act, 10 U.S.C. § 1408 (“USFSPA”). Because the issue of the pension was an integral part of earlier divorce proceedings between the same parties, this action is barred by the doctrines of res judicata, collateral estoppel, and equitable estoppel, and the defendant’s motion for summary judgment will be granted.
