—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Starkey, J.), rendered November 3, 1995, convicting him of robbery in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

*767The defendant and a codefendant each were alleged to have committed three separate robberies. The charges were contained in a single indictment and the defendant and his codefendant were jointly tried on all counts of the indictment.
