This is an appeal from an order and judgment overruling a motion, made by the appellant in the above cause in' the County Court,, to have the costs of the suit, rendered in that court, taxed against the appellee. The suit originated in the Justice Court, and was brought by the appellee as the next. friend of Florence Milliron to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by her on account of delay and exposure while a passenger on one of the appellant’s trains.
