The bill of complainants is sworn to by Charles Bracken, one of complainants, who is also next friend of Sarah Daniels and Cecilia Daniels, of Michigan, minor children of Lyman J. Daniels, deceased. Amelia Daniels is the widow of said Lyman, deceased. The bill sets forth, that on the 18th day of November, A. D. 1835, Charles Bracken, David Irvin and Lyman J.
