Currently before the court are cross-motions for preliminary injunction filed by plaintiffs Theodore Economou, Maureen Economou, Steven Streit, and Nancy Streit (hereinafter plaintiffs) and defendants Physicians Weight Loss Centers of America, Inc. (hereinafter PWLC when referred to individually) and Charles E. Sekeres (hereinafter defendants).
