MEMORANDUM

JOSEPH H. YOUNG, District Judge.

Defendants Mardy Ralph Errera, Anthony LaRusso, Willie Gore, Arturo Palacious, and James (Jamie) B. Palacious have been indicted for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846.' Defendant Errera filed a motion to suppress recorded oral conversations and tangible evidence and defendant LaRusso filed motions to suppress evidence secured by search and seizure and oral and written statements.
