This matter is before the court on motions for partial summary judgment on an action brought by plaintiffs Richard and Christina Williams (the “Williamses”) against defendants Richard, Wilbert and Clifford Watts (the “Wattses”), the Town of Harvard (the “Town”), the Trustees of the Harvard Conservation Trust (the “Trust”) and Turner-Pieters & Hazel, Inc.
