Plaintiff filed his motion for judgment to recover $6,334.78 with interest and costs, alleging the defendant was a joint tort-feasor with the plaintiff and as a result of their negligence, certain parties were injured and damages. Plaintiff further alleged that he has settled with the injured parties and is entitled to contribution from the defendant by reason of the settlement.
