Post, C. J.,Samuel S. Gurtis and Fred Sackett brought replevin in the court below against Frank B. Griffing, to recover possession of a horse, carriage, buggy, and set of harness. The trial resulted in a verdict and judgment for the plaintiffs below for the horse, and the remainder of the property was awarded the defendant, who prosecutes error to this court.
