COLLINGS, Justice.
Louie Craig brought suit in the District Court in Cause Number 2494 against Rio Grande Electric Co-operative and M-K-N Cattle Company and its agent and servant, Tom Cameron, for damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff when he came in contact with electric power lines owned and operated by the electric company while constructing a tank on property belonging to said M-K-N Cattle Company.
