The Chas. F. Noble Oil Gas Company, defendant in the court below, has appealed from an order granting a temporary writ of injunction at the instance of the American Refining Company, plaintiff, restraining the defendant from entering upon the property described in plaintiff's petition, which was an oil and gas lease on 5 acres of land, and from in any manner interfering with or disconnecting the pipe lines which are connected with the oil and gas wells situated on the lease, and title to which was claimed by the plaintiff, and also restraining the defendant from any interference with the…
