dissenting. The only issue to be determined by this Court is whether the Chancellor’s decision in Dolphin v. Wilson II was consistent with the Supreme Court’s mandate of May 12, 1997, in regard to Dolphin v. Wilson I. Appellant Dolphin argues that the Chancery Court had no authority to act as it did in granting .a judgment to appellee for unjust enrichment in light of this Court’s opinion and mandate in the previous appeal of Dolphin v.
