MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER
PARKER, District Judge.
Appellant Frank P. Hyde appeals a June 16, 1998 decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Hardin, J.) denying Hyde’s motion to quash, on the basis of the “act of production” privilege against self-incrimination, a Rule 2004 subpoena seeking certain business records previously delivered to attorneys retained to represent him in criminal proceedings.
