Bellows, Judge Stacy McMahon (“McMahon”) appeals the judgment of the trial court denying his petition to change the surname of his daughter. Finding that McMahon failed to present any evidence that such a change was in the best interest of the child, we will affirm the judgment of the trial court. I.
