Appellants Bonnie Martin and Willard Boling were convicted of the felonious killing of a calf with intent to steal. Ark. Stat. Ann. § 41-3917 (Supp. 1971). Appellants advance five points for reversal, which will be enumerated and discussed in the order presented.

Point I. The trial court should have directed a verdict for insufficiency of the evidence.
