Lake Forest University, a corporation,. conducts a school at Lake Forest, Illinois, one branch of which, called the Academy, is a preparatory school for boys. W. S. McClintock, who lives at Marianna, Arkansas, applied for admission of his son, Oliver W. McClintock, to the Academy, and he was accepted. McClintock remitted in advance $500 for tuition, board and other charges for the first half year.
