ORS 107.135 provides that a “substantial change in economic circumstances,” not occasioned by a bad faith *407change in employment, is sufficient to trigger a modification of a child support award. In this case, there is no dispute that there has been a “substantial change in economic circumstances.” In addition, there is no dispute that the substantial change in circumstances was not occasioned by a bad faith change in father’s employment.
