This is the second appeal in this case. See Denton v. Young, 145 Ark. 147. We refer to that opinion for a statement of the issues set forth in the pleadings. Concluding the opinion in that case, we said: ‘ ‘ Appellees ’ action was for forcible entry and unlawful detainer of the property in controversy.
