*626 Erica Deanna Bradsher ("Defendant") appeals from her convictions for misdemeanor larceny and injury to personal property. On appeal, Defendant first contends that she is entitled to a new trial due to the State's inability to provide her with a transcript of the proceedings in her case, depriving her of her constitutional rights to effective appellate review, effective assistance of counsel, equal protection under the law, and due process of law.
