THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant Central Mutual Insurance Company’s (“Central”) “Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings” (Dkt. 11), and Plaintiff First Coast Energy, LLP’s (“First Coast”) Response in opposition thereto (Dkt. 17).
