—In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Anthony M. Ventura appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Sangiorgio, J.), dated September 30, 1994, which denied his motion to vacate and set aside a foreclosure sale. By decision and order dated February 26, 1996 (see, SRF Bldrs.
