Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed June 15, 1993, which ruled that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because he failed to comply with registration requirements, and because he did not have sufficient weeks of earnings and remuneration in his base period.
