Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (University), petitions for review of the April 11, 2012 arbitration award which sustained a grievance filed by the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (Union) on behalf of Robert Ammon, Jr. (Griev-ant).
