Appellee, A. D. Offutt, a real estate broker, sued appellants, Jack Boell and Bobert Lake, his principals, for commissions claimed to have been earned by him in the sale of a lot in the city of Jackson which appellants had listed with him for sale. There was a trial resulting in a verdict and judgment for appellee, from which appellants prosecute this appeal.
