MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAMBERTH, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on the defendants’ motion [31] to compel arbitration. This case was originally brought before this Court in 2003 by way of removal of the case from the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Defendants removed this case to this Court pursuant to 9 U.S.C. § 205, the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), on the ground that the case “relates to an arbitration agreement or award falling under the Convention [on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards].” 1 After removing the ease,…
