In pursuance of the authority conferred on them by chapter 204 of the Public Laws of 1871, the railroad commissioners, upon petition therefor and a hearing thereon, decided that public convenience and necessity required the erection *275and maintenance of a depot for freight and passengers upon the Portland and Oxford Central Railroad, at Hartford Centre, and ordered the corporation to build such depot within thirty days from the receipt of the order.
