*1365In this consolidated case, plaintiffs contested a final determination of the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce ("Commerce" or the "Department") concluding an antidumping duty investigation on certain corrosion-resistant steel products ("CORE") from Taiwan (the "subject merchandise").1 The court previously ordered Commerce to reconsider the final determination with respect to three issues. Prosperity Tieh Enterprise Co. v. United States , 42 CIT ----, 284 F.Supp.3d 1364 (2018) (" Prosperity I ").
