Plaintiff-Appellant, Gloria Flanigan, appeals the decision of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission) affirming Administrative *525Law Judge (ALJ) Rebecca S. Magruder’s dismissal of her workers’ compensation claim for failure to prosecute based on her failure to appear at the setting of her case on the dismissal docket at 9:00 a.m. on September 12, 1997.
