This is an appeal from a judgment in Case No. 593,678 in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, for $14,000 on a joint motion for judgment on the pleadings by plaintiff, Alfred B. Couch, and defendant-cross-claimant, Lucille B. Landers, against defendant Missouri Union Insurance Company, a corporation.
